About this project

Two identical three-story homes side by side, each with a complex roofline: multiple gables, front and side dormers, and a full ridge run across both. The builder specified dark charcoal shingles to match the exterior color palette. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ with ice and water shield at every eave, valley, and dormer base, plus step flashing at each dormer sidewall. Four days on site. Crew of six.
