We start with a no-pressure consultation, by phone or on-site. You tell us what you're dealing with. We ask the questions that matter: when you last had the roof inspected, whether you've seen any leaks, what your timeline looks like. By the end, you have a clear picture of your options and we know if we're a good fit for each other.
30–60 minRoof Inspection & Analysis
Our team performs a thorough inspection of your roof, including a drone survey where appropriate. We assess shingle condition, flashing, gutters, underlayment, and structural integrity. We document everything with photos and video so you can see exactly what we see. No vague reports, no pressure tactics.
1–2 hoursCustom Plan & Proposal
Within 2–3 business days, you receive a written report with our findings, supporting photos, and a detailed proposal. Scope of work, materials specified, pricing broken out clearly. If you want to adjust material grade or scope, we revise before you sign anything. Nothing buried in fine print.
2–3 business daysProfessional Installation
Once you sign, we take care of everything: permits, material orders, crew scheduling, and property protection. We lay tarps and plywood to protect your landscaping and exterior during tear-off. Your project manager is your single point of contact: one person to call, one person responsible.
1–5 days depending on scopeFinal Review & Warranty
We do a full post-installation inspection and walk the finished roof with you. Every piece of debris is cleared from your property before we leave. You receive your GAF warranty documentation and our workmanship guarantee in writing. If anything isn't right, call us. We come back.
