Free Consultation

We start with a 30-minute phone or on-site consultation. You tell us what you want. We ask the questions most contractors skip — your timeline, how you use the space, what materials matter to you. By the end, we both know if we're a good fit. No hard sell, no vague promises.

On-Site Assessment

Our project lead visits your property to take precise measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and identify anything that could affect scope or cost. We check structural elements, existing plumbing and electrical, soil conditions when relevant — the things that surprise contractors who skip this step.

Detailed Proposal

Within 3–5 business days, we send a full written proposal: scope of work, material specifications, itemized cost breakdown, and a phased timeline. Nothing buried in fine print. If you want to adjust materials or scope, we revise it before you sign anything.

Project Kickoff

Once you sign, we handle every administrative step: permits, material orders, subcontractor scheduling, utility notifications. You get a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. We set your start date and stick to it — no getting bumped for a bigger job.

Construction & Communication

Your project manager sends a brief daily update — what got done, what's next, any decisions needed from you. We keep the job site clean every day before we leave. If something unexpected comes up, you hear about it within hours, not after the fact. Changes are documented in writing before any work proceeds.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty

At project completion, we do a full walkthrough together. You have a punch list. We fix everything on it before final payment. Every project comes with a written 2-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right after you move in, call us — we come back and fix it.
