Two-Family New Construction Roofing, Brooklyn

About this project

Two new three-story homes on a narrow Brooklyn lot, both framed by the same general contractor, both needing a roof before the next rain. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in charcoal across both buildings in four working days. Ice and water shield at all eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment throughout, full ridge venting, and step flashing at every sidewall transition. The builder had a tight schedule (units were going to market within the month), and we wrapped up ahead of his deadline.
