Custom Estate Roof Replacement

A custom-built estate with multiple wings, a front gable entrance, a rear addition, and skylights integrated across several slopes. The original roof had been patched more than once and the owners wanted a full system replacement before another winter. We tore off every section, found the decking solid, and installed GAF Timberline HDZ across the full property with complete ice and water coverage at every eave and valley. Every skylight got a new flashing kit. Seven working days on the ground. The paver driveway stayed spotless. We ran protection mats from the dumpster to the perimeter the entire week.
