About this project
A two-family home in Elizabeth, NJ with a roof the owners had been watching for two years, waiting to see if it would last another season. It wouldn't. We did a full tear-off and were pleased to find the original 1950s decking in solid condition, no replacements needed. Installed full synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at all eaves, GAF Timberline HDZ in charcoal, and completely new flashing at the chimney and two pipe boots. The owners chose to do both sections (front and rear) in one project rather than stagger them. Completed in two days.
