About this project

A nor'easter in March took out a section of shingles on a Jersey City two-family home and caused a skylight seal failure. We responded the next day, inspected and documented the full extent of damage with photos, provided a written damage report for insurance, and proceeded with repairs after claim approval. New shingles installed across the damaged sections, skylight flashing rebuilt, ridge cap replaced on the affected area. Insurance paid the full repair cost. Total repair time: one day.
