About this project
A property manager in Manhattan responsible for 30+ residential buildings engaged us to set up a systematic drone inspection program. We started with their six highest-priority buildings: those with the oldest roofs or recent tenant complaints. HD aerial surveys delivered within 48 hours with annotated reports for each property. Three buildings required immediate repair attention; the others received condition reports with recommended review dates. The property manager now has documented baselines for all six properties and a timeline for the remaining buildings.
