About this project
A property management company in the Bronx needed baseline condition documentation for 8 residential buildings before the winter season. We flew systematic grid surveys over all eight roofs, captured overlapping HD imagery, and delivered individual inspection reports for each property within 48 hours. Three properties were flagged for immediate repair attention; five received clear condition reports with recommended review timelines. The management company now runs an annual inspection program with us each fall.
