About this project
The clients wanted a sunroom they could use in July and December. We built a 320 sq ft fully insulated addition with an insulated roof, floor-to-ceiling thermally broken window walls on three sides, and an HVAC extension from the main system. Polished concrete floor, built-in window seats with storage, and an overhead fan. 8-week project, $92,000.
