About this project
The owners had four bedrooms but no true primary suite. We built a 600 sq ft addition off the back of the house: a bedroom with a 12-foot vaulted ceiling, a spa bathroom with a double shower and soaking tub, and a walk-in closet with full custom built-ins. The addition ties into the existing roofline without looking like an addition. 14-week project, $195,000.
