Flooring Installation in Austin, TX

Flooring affects how your home looks and feels more than almost any other element. The wrong material in the wrong space creates problems. The right choice, properly installed, lasts decades.

We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), porcelain tile, and carpet. We also do subfloor repairs and floor leveling — the prep work that determines whether your new floor looks great or develops problems in year one.

Flooring types we install:

• Hardwood: Real oak, hickory, maple, and walnut. Solid and engineered options. Solid hardwood requires a wood subfloor; engineered works over concrete slabs common in Texas builds. We sand and finish on-site or install pre-finished. Hardwood adds resale value that other flooring types don't match.
• Luxury vinyl plank (LVP): Waterproof, durable, and dramatically better than the vinyl of 10 years ago. Works over radiant heat, in bathrooms and basements. Easier to install than hardwood and more forgiving with Austin's humidity swings. We've installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of LVP.
• Porcelain tile: For kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and covered patios. We set tile properly — flat, plumb, with correct grout joint spacing. Large-format tile (24x24 and larger) requires extra prep work to achieve a lippage-free result.
• Carpet: For bedrooms and bonus rooms. We work with Shaw, Mohawk, and LifeStyle carpet lines. Padding selection matters as much as carpet selection — we explain the options.

Subfloor matters

More flooring failures come from poor subfloor prep than from the flooring material itself. We check for squeaks, soft spots, moisture, and level before we install anything. A flat, dry, structurally sound subfloor is not optional.
