A commercial property in Brooklyn with an aging built-up asphalt roof that had reached end of life. The building owner wanted a clean-slate flat roof system, not a repair. We demoed the existing surface, inspected and repaired three sections of deteriorated decking, installed a layer of 2-inch ISO insulation, and rolled out 60-mil EPDM with fully taped seams. New metal coping at the parapet. Two working days for a building this size. The owner called it the fastest trade experience of his year.
