About this project
This master bath had an oversized tub nobody used and a shower too small to be practical. We designed a new layout: a large walk-in shower with 24x48 marble-look porcelain tile, a frameless glass enclosure, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned under the window. Heated floor tile, a double vanity with vessel sinks, and custom millwork finish the space. 4-week project, $52,000.
