About this project
The clients bought a 1958 Bouldin Creek bungalow with good bones and 65 years of deferred maintenance. We stripped it to the studs, rewired entirely (knob-and-tube replaced with new panel and wiring), replumbed to PEX, added spray foam insulation, replaced the HVAC, and finished with a completely new kitchen, two bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, and fresh exterior. The house looks like it was built this decade. 6-month project, $340,000.
