Stock builder cabinets replaced with custom two-tone shaker cabinets — navy on the perimeter and white on the island. Quartzite countertops throughout. Subway tile backsplash up to the underside of the upper cabinets. New peninsula changed the traffic flow completely. Under-cabinet lighting and new pendant fixtures. 4-week project, $62,000.
